Roof Inspection Reports

A Roof Rx® roof inspection begins with the purpose of protecting your closing transaction from a disruptive, costly, and unnecessary reroof.

Our proprietary 19-point roof inspection will uncover any cracked, missing, or aging shingles, loose roof seams, potentially clogging rain gutters, or trouble signs. Roof Rx's report will state the current condition of the roof accompanied with digital photos.

Your roof inspection report can be furnished within 48 hours or the same day provided our technician is met at the property. We recommend a roof inspection with a licensed roofer every time a home inspection report is ordered. An inspection should be performed twice a year or after a major storm.

Roof Certification - 1, 2, 3-yr

Roof Rx® provides a roof certification process that meets your transaction timeline as well as the guidelines of lenders including FHA.

A roof certification is a statement of opinion by our licensed roofer who deems the rooftop has a life expectancy of up to 3 years.

If any roof repairs are required to bring the roof life expectancy to 1, 2, or 3 years, they must be satisfied before a certification is issued. Our professional roof certification includes a comprehensive FHA compliant roof inspection report. 

All repairs are backed by a written 1-year workmanship warranty.

Total Roof Warranty & Maintenance

The Total Roof Warranty™ is the most comprehensive roof warranty available in the real estate market today. Our warranty covers more roof items with less exclusions than any other home warranty company. One (1) roof maintenance visit per contract year includes up to $199.00 of service and is renewable.

Next Day Roof Repair

Not all roof failures require a complete roof replacement! We establish a baseline of roof repairs by focusing on the home inspection report which works in concert with our 19-point roof inspection process. This enables us to provide a roof repair estimate over the telephone.
